We’re currently sourcing highly-skilled candidates for the following position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (ASM) Assistant Store Managers (ASMs) work with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability, while providing leadership to Department Supervisors and Associates. In addition, ASMs are responsible for inspiring associates to embrace and achieve goals that enhance the customer experience. ASMs are assigned to Merchandising, Specialty Sales, Operations, or at certain stores, Night Operations. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include:
- Working with the Store Manager to drive maximum profitability
- Analyzing market trends in order to set and monitor sales goals
- Ensuring store inventory meets customer demand
- Training and supervising store and specialty staff associates
- Preferred candidates will have three years of retail experience
